Our preventative maintenance program for residential homes is very affordable. It ensures a long, useful life of your heating and air conditioning system, saving you money in repairs while keeping the system operating at peak efficiency all year long. We recommend the Preventative Maintenance Service be performed on an annual basis.

The Preventative Maintenance Service increases system reliability. Should you need emergency service, Preventative Maintenance Service entitles you to preferable treatment.

As a member of Preventative Maintenance, you have a choice of programs. You set the number of Preventative Maintenance Service calls per year. This will determine the cost of your Preventative Maintenance Agreement. Your agreement price cannot be raised during your effective dates. Prices will not be raised for following renewal periods without notifying you.

You receive free labor on normal maintenance parts installed during any scheduled Preventative Maintenance Service call. Your permission is always sought out before proceeding with any major repairs.

  2. Check electrical connections for tightness
  3. Adjust system for optimum cooling
  4. Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
  5. Check safety devices
  6. Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment if applicable
  7. Check expansion valve and coil temperature
  8. Replace air filter
  9. Check refrigerant level
  10. Check condensate drain
  11. Check thermostat for proper operation and calibration
  1. Check and adjust automatic controls
  2. Check burners
  3. Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
  4. Lubricate as needed
  5. Test safety shutoff response
  6. Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment if applicable
  7. Replace air filter
  8. Check fuel for satisfactory operation
  9. Check thermostat for proper operation and calibration

  2. Check defrost cycle and reversing valve operation
  3. Check safety devices and electrical connections for tightness
  4. Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment if applicable
  5. Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
